Sorry - just realised you won't be able to open it - it's a 2010 file, but change the max riser height to 9 inches and it should work.

i tried changing the height and the same thing occured when i tried to flip it. Is there any way you can save the file at a 2009 file with the stairs flipped and attach it. I dont know what is happening.
