I am not sure about the service pack. I believe my I.T. person took care of that already, but I will go check. Thanks.

To check, go to "Help" menu in Revit and in bottom "About Revit Architectural 2009..." and check... see the image attach

I checked and the number that is their reads: Build: 20080321_1900 That is different than what you had sent. Does that mean I need to update the SP?

YEAH, go to this: http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/item?siteID=123112&id=11017599 you can check in "WEB UPDATE ENHANCEMENT LIST (PDF)" the issues what this service pack solve, renders problems is one of them... after this you have the link to download the SP....

Do you know if I were to load Revit 2009.1 if that would automatically update with new build number?

I just not sure, but i think he install again the program and "He" don't ask again for the serial numbers, he do automatically that...

I will try loading Revit 2009.1 and if the problem still exist then I know I have a service pack to load. Thanks Typhoon for all of you help today.

You must download the Service Pack and Install them....
