I have down loaded some families, (for instance a window) and saved it in my metric library under the appropriate folder. (windows)
All well, but when i try to load the family it doesnt allow me.
Am i doing something wrong here?
any advice would be great
Thanks

Will, what does it say when you have tried to load in family.
Is it as simple as you are on previous version of revit and families are from later version ?

I have downloaded an arched opening, and when i try to load from doors it says that "the family is not of the correct category"
Any ideas?
