This is a single Terracotta wall cap piece, intended for use in an array along the top of a wall. I made it for a custom project and thought someone else might be able to use it for detailing. It's not parametric, sorry. |

This is a stylistic modification of something I downloaded a few months ago. We're starting to give our clients "virtual tours" of what their spaces can look like, and there is a lot of demand for kitchen cabinets to look similar to those that they have chosen from magazines. So these are the farmhouse style. |

Yet another outlet with an invisible model line at 7', so if you set your RCP cut plane to just below 7', outlet symbols will show up. This one is a generic duplex outlet & switch that someone else created. I just added the model line. |

This is a modification of the standard overhead sectional garage door that came with Revit. We found that for display purposes, a more decorative garage door helps create the illusion of reality. The size is Parametric, but the trim width is not. Please let me know if there are any bugs. |

Curb with gutter has Length as an Instance parameter; gutter width, curb width, and curb depth as type parameters, so you can set your curb once and just change the lengths. It is just a straight segment of curb, set to a default revit material of concrete. Please let me know if there are any bugs. |

I made a lot of these biplanar plants - nothing fancy, not at all parametric (still working on that) but they work well for the basics, and they don't bog down your file size too much. If anyone has any suggestions of how to make these intelligent, please let me know. |

Do you use RCP's as Lighting/Electrical plans? So do we! These families have an invisible model line at 7', so if you set your RCP cut plane to just below 7', all of your outlet symbols will show up. I got tired of having to change it for each project, and I'm sure lots of other people have too. So this is basically the outlet that everyone else has offered, but with that model line so that it will show up on an RCP. |
