3.   Now duplicate the background image again. Select the new layer (again named background copy by Photoshop). Before you continue, turn off the other two layers. (so you can see the effect). And this time run Filter –Blur – Smart Blur – High Quality, Edges Only, with the top slider (Radius) at 3.0 and the bottom slider (Threshold) at 25. Should look like this (Image Below - I know, my layers aren’t turned off).

4.   Now apply the filter and you will get an inverted outline like below.
