I would not use curtain walls . People like to use those because of the automatic features but that will get you into troble in working drawings. ding maker' tools to add walls and floors and roofs to the mass surfaces. Then have a look at the 'materials' of those new objects before rendering. Rendering is all about 'materials' and 'lighting'. See attached image of one mass with ''Wood Flooring' material and one with 'default mass' material.
