oblem when you don't use walls , sweeps etc to do what you are doing. True walls are handeled differently than model elements that you classify as walls . You could break down your "wall" into floor to floor " walls " and that might work for what you are doing. I personally would do it as true walls and

one veneer on some of my walls . The problem is the framing plan does not show the stone veneer. The load bearing walls are shaded... and the stone veneer is also shaded.
