This was for a hypothetical project, of the renovation of a downtown park to what we thought that part of the city needed. So the exterior is all glass to mimic skyscrapers, but it also dosent have and straight exterior walls which were influenced by Frank Ghery. Inside there is a full guy, paintball, lasertag, retail, arcde, bowling alley, and food court. The building is 105000 sqft, our biggest project.
