Besides Archvision, is there another provider for quality RPC content?

Also, why doesnt this RevityCity forum have a "Revit Architecture" topic?

Thanks,

I see these are all very well categorized plants. I am looking more for stuff like Archvision provides - people, office clutter, furnitire (the furniture library in Revit is way too small imo).

Also, I see that the site you provided provides content for other Autodesk products - any idea what type of library should I pick if I want it to work in Revit Architecture?

Sorry, I believe that easynat not work in Revit.

Archvision is the way to go, try RPCCreator to make your own.

Anyway no jaw-dropping images with Revit render.

i see.

and what would you recommend as a renderer? this is not my main job, so i am looking for something relatively light and easy to use - not sure I am up for learning how to use 3ds.

Is Autodesk VIZ a recommended direction? or are there others? (for example, the standalone Accurender?)

Or do I have to try 3ds for jaw dropping images? I like jaw dropping... Smile

Can you tell with which software this was rendered?

http://www.whitetower.co.il/index.php?

Click Flats on the menu.

Relatively light and easy to use???? maybe Acurrender 4

Autodesk VIZ is a stripped down of 3ds max, Viz render is a stripped down of Autodesk Viz, so this may be relatively light and easy to use.

In may case, I made good models in max Smile, but bad renders Sad

And for the images: Max, Viz, Lightwave, Maya or Softimage.

try a search on:

www.turbosquid.com and/or www.fallingpixel.com; these sites host large collections of textures and 3D resources

Hi, It's been a while since this was posted, but I was wondering if anyone had success importing EASYnat plant (realistic) into Revit yet? I know naranjo thinks it cannot be done, but since it's been a while since he said that and there have been software upgrades, I was hoping that someone had figured it out.

I was able to start a new plant family, import the CAD file after exploding the file and making the PROXYGRAPHICS to 1 in AutoCAD. I'm not sure how to make it realistic from there?? (EASYnat only come in .dwg or 3ds, but I only own AutoCAD 2008 and Revit 2009.)

I was finally able to create a new super simple family from scratch, but this seems a lot more complicated!
