Hi, I've just started using RevitCity and I recently downloaded a type of palm tree off of the site, http://www.revitcity.com/downloads.php?action=view&object_id=4040, when I go to raytrace it with my house that I am designing, everything turns to the correct color but the palm tree. The palm tree seems to turn to the default gray. What do i do?

Do a little more digging on this site using some creative searches. So many of the questions we see are repeats of what has already been asked. If you learn how to search here, it will save you with a lot of your future problems. This is a good site and there is a lot of knowledge in previous posts. I just used the word gray and found yuor answer.
