Hi There, I cannot find a way to connect back to back plumbing fixtures to a sanitary line, I think I'm missing someting here Any Idea?

Revit does not have any carriers. I have had to adjust my normal design standards to accomodate using Revit. Here is a picture of a couple group restrooms that I had to pipe-up differently than usual. I would regularly use back-to-back carriers, connect the sanitary horizontally(sloped) to a central Water closet, then drop into the slab and connect the vent from each carrier together. I chose to connect each fixture to a horizontal sanitary and circuit vent it. I don't know if your situation is similar.
