I am trying to learn and impliment Revit into our firm. Wondering what are top pointers that you might recommend for new Revit users to know? (ie over all management of files/families, tips and tricks when learning the program...)

My biggest recommendation is... CADCLIPS.COM Very easy to follow along and watch the videos. JB

Beside the above video clips on training, you might want to look into this thread below: "What it takes to learn and implement Revit?" It tells you about the role of the implementer (Cad Manager) and also the TIME FRAME. Most of the commenters are experiered Revit's cad manager and user. Good luck in learning Revit.
