I'm using Revit 9.1 and I'd like for the bottom half of my stairs going down to the basement to show up on my first floor plan as hidden with a break line, just like the upper half of the stairs going up to the second floor is. How do I do this?

Unfortunately the Stair and Ramp tools are still buggy in this regard. It isn't actually possible without using linework and filled regions to draw over the top how you wish to see it broken...
