Hi I've downloaded the Revit 2008 trial which some great new features. I have a series of files I created for a house project some time ago in Revit 8, Revit 2008 will open smaller sized files around 6-10 meg but when I attempt to open the main file(145 meg) it gives an error message:
An error has occured while drawing the contents of this window. The window shall be closed.
AND
An unrecoverable error has occured. The program will now be terminated. All of your data has recently been saved, so there is no need to create recovery files.
Does this make sense to anyone?
Cheers

I've noticed a lot recently. What we have been doing is going file>open. We then select the Audit command before we open the file. This usually lets us open the file with no problems but we still come across the odd one or two that will have to send to the Factory in order to recover the file.
