I just need one listing of each window Type Mark in my schedule..., instead having the windows that are the same size repetaing for every instance in teh spreadsheet form. I looked inthe tuorials..no luck. i.e. I don;t need to see the same size window listed 6 times..I just need itosay Qty 6. so my Window Schedule isn'thuge ..if I only have like three window sizes. Please advise.

sounds like all you need to do is remove the check from the "itemize every instance " check box on the Sorting/Grouping tab in the window schedule properties.
