Alternatively log into subscription centre, create a Support Request, request an FTP site, then upload your file and they''ll fix it then.  This bypasses your reseller.

Oops. You normally have back-up saved somewhere. Depending on how often your back-up saves, you would at least get something. If you only need to try if Autodesk can fix it or not, hope for the worse. Check your Temp files (if your running XP). Rename back-up with permission if you are working in teams. If you are working in teams, chances are your team-mates might have saved something, somewhere.

Thanks,

Mhans
