I have created a custom railing/baluster assembly that can be seen in the attached picture.  I am having two problems with it though:

1.)  The rail is not joining properly on the inside corner of a stair.

2.)  I want the guard rails to break inbetween the two closely spaced balusters.  I tried making this whole assembly as a baluster panel, but it doesn't seem to work right.

Any Suggestions?
