So, I accidentally saved the project I am working on as a template file. I now need to activate worksets, which it seems is not possible since my file is not an rvt project file. How can I save this template file with all of my information as an rvt file. I tried to save as but there is no option. If I try to open a new project to paste in I lose my grids, sheets- a lot of work! I am afraid that I have made a big mistake.... can I fix this easily with a save as function?

just start a new project and select that template file as the template to start the project HTH

You prob selected project template radio button when you started the new "project", thats what I did and this happened..because you opened as a template in the first place. instead you push the "project" button. but you choose a template to open as the new project.... THis almost killed me today with frustration.
