Does anyone know or have shingle patterns that I could download the ones in revit city don't seem to be downloadable or are corrupted somehow.

I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM.  PAT FILES DOWNLOADED IN JUNE FROM RC ARE PERFECT BUT, NOW IT REFUSES TO DOWNLOAD, ONLT  APPEARS AS NOTEPAD.

Thank you for the help.  Great site, easy to download.  Would you know a site where I could download the NZ conc. roof tiles as the attached pictures please.

Sorry, no.

You might find a near-enough pattern amongst the listed collections, but if you want accuracy you should consider creating a custom pattern with a hatch pattern editor.

If pat files you download are changing to just regular notepad txt files you can always make a copy of an existing pat file and rename it and then copy all the txt from notepad and put it in the pat file. also remove any of the patterns that were currently in the existing pat file.

Also if ppl do not know how to make their own hatch patterns, Revit has a pdf guide showing how it works. I have attached it.

No need to "....make a copy of an existing pat file and rename it and then copy all the txt from notepad and put it in the pat file..."   A PAT file is just a plain TXT file with a PAT extension.  Save from notepad with that extension.

Have you actually tried that, you can open a .pat file in notepad to edit it but you cannot save a new .txt file you have made in notepad as a .pat

nevermind. disregard my last post. i was going about it wrong. it does work if you just add .pat to the file name, i was originally trying to change the path type
