When I select Pantone color button, nothing happens, freeze
I have to press esc twice to escape but cannot access pantone’
I have written to the subscription support and they sent me a file (poce2kd.dll)
This did not work. Also re installed latest build from the web but still not working.
I only downloaded the program and did not down load the libraries again.
Does anyone have A SOLUTION PLEASE

Sorry to hear of your troubles with Revit. Have you tried re-installing with the disc that was provided? Then install the lastest build that is provided for the version you are using.
