have you tried to use the "edit profile" option for walls
select the wall
up on the properties bar select edit profile.
if this doesn't work let me know and also post a 3d image of what you are trying to achive.

Have you tried to "ATTACH" the wall to the ground and ramp? Highlight the wall in question then select "ATTACH" in the option bar, then select the ground, sidwalk, or ramp that is below it.
Hope this helps

Edit profile will work but only as a vertical wall. That is that all of the wall elements remain vertical - not parallel with the sloping surface. Although it is rare, there are occasions where you may want the wall to run parallel and edit profile won't do that. We need to be able to rotate the surface pattern off the x-y axis.

You might also try creating an inplace void fmaily and use cut geometry to match the slopes and it needs to be off axis as WWHub was suggesting.
