how do you mirror a whole dimensioned house without losing the dimensions and other notations ?

If you go to site plan, put it on wire frame. Add a reference line on one side then select all the model not reference line and mirror the model. You wiil probably find that not every thing will mirror correctly. The objects that don't you still have the ref line to mirror with.
