Ok... well. A 'railing' is a profile. So you could duplicate one of the railing families already in revit and modify it or create a new family, starting with the 'profile' template.
If you wanna duplicate an in-project railing, then go railing> properties> edit/new> (choose which one to duplicate) duplicate> 'rail structure'. there should be some profiles in there (top and bottom) and on the right hand side there should be the material option, change that to glass.
If you wanna draw your own profile, do that, and then load it into your project, and in the 'rail structure' option, look in profile and your new one should be in there.
Now for your balusters, if you've made them, and loaded them in, they should be found in your 'baluster placement' option, just under your rail structure. In main pattern, at top of window, change the baluster family to the one youve made. and adjust the distances accordingly.
I hope that helps :D
