In my site plan, with the shaded with edges mode sett, everything is cool. Once I draw in my property line, my model then turns into a wireframe. When I delete the property line, it goes back to a shaded with edges. What the hell is happeining here? Any ideas?

sashk you've got a major situation going on with this apparently and
i have no clue whatsoever... i just hope the hell i mean heck you
find a solution..

Probably impossible to diagnose without the file, I'd suggest sending the file to support to have a look at and identify the issue.
Ensure you are using the latest build. Try closing and rebooting and then attempt it again to see if it still occurs.
I haven't heard of this issue before.

So, got it figured out. I had my view range set so that the top was unlimited. I just set it to my site plan level and it cured the problem. Why? I have no idea. Any insight into this?
