Hello, hope everyone is well. Please could I kindly ask for some help, as really struggling on this project. My Revit knowledge is limited, but I get by okay, I mostly just do house extensions, so usually just have one central house model, then add phases for the extension part (like a before and after method). On this project, I am really struggling, as keep loosing my model?? When I switch to a 3D view, it’s just not there, then I have to scroll and find it (sometimes have to use the little lightbulb at the bottom to pin point the house, then scroll in wildly to reach it. I have tried to centre the pivot, but as soon as I go to the 3D cube, the model vanishes again? I never had this issue before, and any kind help would be so appreciated. Thank you

This sounds like you have some model elements out in space that forces your 3D view out to an extreme size.  Turn on all worksets and categories in this 3d view then window, one at a time, the corner areas of your screen to see what elements you might find.
