just bought a new computer and installed my stand alone license revit 2012 architecture. computer specs exceed requirements. Missing ribbon tabs in anotate and line. not consistent with either one or the other working but neither fully functional. can find no way to install or customize the ribbons after carefully following the help menues to resolve. tabs to customize are just not there.

wondering if this could be the graphics card amd ryzen 5 2400 g with radeon vega graphics. the old computer has a higher end nividea and worked just fine.

would really appreciate some input as i am way over my head and it is still not working correctly.

Yikes that's a 7 year old piece of software. Both REVIT and Windows has changed a fair bit. I'd contact a reseller or maybe go into AUGI and ask the autodesk people.
