A little tricky because in a schedule you have a fixed amount of columns with parameter headings but in a wall it could have anything from 1 to 10 layers ( or more). How do you make the column quantity variable? You can see the conundrum.

There is a material takeoff schedule but it won't give you every layer just structural I think. ( see https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/revit-architecture-forum/wall-schedule-and-get-wall-type-s-structure-layers/td-p/8080399 ) . My work-around is to give a wall a brief description of its layer buildup in the type name. E.g. 432.5mm - 102.5 Brick/ 20 Cavity/ 80 Insul/ 215 Block/15 P'Board. Then I create a normal schedule and just turn on that parameter. Giving a wall this description also ensure everyone in the team knows from a glance what each wall is built up of.
