Why my email does not receive a new emil for the password although I made the cookies accept receiving, all that happened after I changed my original email to a new one? any solution? please reply.

my new email is: aymanammane@yahoo.com

And this account is another one, cause I don't want to loose more 4 years of subscription.

Thanks

Your email address is not needed to log on so simply log on and edit your profile to change the email address there.  If you failed to do that and you requested a new password, that new password was sent to your old email address and there is nothing we can do.  Only that new password can be used.  For security reasons, we have no way to access your membership and even if we could, you have no way of prooving who you are.  In that case, YOUR only solution is to join under a new user name.  << THat can be a problem with some carriers because RevitCity sends out so many emails.  If you have that problem, contact us and we will suggest some possible solutions.

For other users that may be changing jobs and/or email addresses, your membership is your responsibility.  Think ahead and edit your membership accordingly.

Also please note that system updates often mess with your settings.  Your browser must also accept cookies in order to log in so check that setting.  If you do get a new password, RevitCity.com's log in system is case sensitive. Please ensure that you do not have Caps Lock on and that you are entering the password exactly as you had entered it previously or how it appeared in the email you received.  Once you log in, you should edit your profile to change your password to what you want.
