Does anyone have an ideal solution for doing a seating bowl in revit? So far all I could mess w/ that was close is using the stair tools. But the drawback is you can cut holes for the vomitories. I've been messing w/ revit for a couple of weeks now so I know that some of you more experienced users would be able to chime in if you don't mind. Thanks

you can model it with floors, you can use the stair tool and maybe create 2 halfs... whatever easier tell us if you get stuck

i did a mezzanine by creating a bunch of stacked floors. the Mezz follows a radius, so it is similar to a bowl. i wouldnt do it with stairs, but i always struggle with the stair modeler. so far i have had no problems with the floor components.

Did you create each floor run level in the same sketch session or did you have to finish the sketch then start a new one?

Thanks

i finished that sketch and started a new one. so now if i ever want to change the depth of my levels, they are all on 1 generic floor type. it should work pretty well. i dont know if this would work or not, but could you create a 50' deep slab, and do a void blend to remove the excess?
