Hi Revit expertsRevit 16.I will have to create around 150 - 200 section views. I will use them for detail drawings in scale 1-5 or 1-10. We use sections - so we can refer to the details on bigger plan drawings (Do those plans have a name in English? It has in Danish)When I create a section, its possible to control the width of the cut. The height is cropped  default from foundation to roof, which means I will have to manually adjust the crop in the height for every view created. Is there a way to create a custom crop for every type of section? For instance to crop 0.5 meter in the height from the level its created in!?If you have comments og better solutions to this setup - I would appreciate your opinion

i hope this helps but i dont have a straight solution for this i just use a little twist , you can adjust the crop boundary once in one section and instead of creating new section each time you want to create a new section just copy the old one , this way the section will inherit the crop boundary used , the main issue will be that on non typical level it wont work perfectly unless its a small difference in levels .

Thanks - Copy is the way to do it!View sorting, naming and crop is more or less automatic with this method.
