I have linked a Revit model from the Architects into my Interiors model and can not control the visibility of any subcategories from the linked model. I can turn off a complete category but need more flexibility than that. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance, Birdman

Worksets would give you that flexibilty but you would have to combine the models.

Thanks but I can't use worksets with external consultants. The only way I can an external parties rvt file is by linking files. Do you have an alternative? Thanks, Birdman

Revit 9 will give you much more control over the visibility of linked RVT files.
