I'm looking for a full review and applicable constructive criticism from an arch for two separate projects:

* Single family house (~2000 sqft)

* Two Family duplex (~2200 sqft total 1200 per unit) plans which will be used multiple times with minor modifications.

Both projects will be designed in RevIt by myself. Ideally this will give me both (mostly) accurate material take-offs (to avoid having to do another based on the plans) and allow for more accurate quotes from sub-contractors.

These are self-financed construction projects and I have a construction supervisor license, no stamp needed for the plans, but, as the plans will be very detailed it is important that a detailed review happens on both the overall design, as well as the revit specific portion.

Goals of the review are:

Have a plan review to catch items I may miss during the design, including inefficiencies.

Allow me to get better in RevIt via constructive criticism on a professional level to have a more professional portfolio.

The issue is, the few residential architects in my area I've reached out to so far don't use RevIt, their plans aren't as detailed as I want, etc.

Any ideas?
