I am working on a roof and I have gone through and set all of my materials and thicknesses. In my core boundary I have Structure 1 set to Structure, Wood Joist / Rafter layer at 9 1/4", outside of the core boundry I have a substrate 2 Plywood, Sheething layer at 3/4" and my finish 1 Roofing Membrane at 1/4" which is a total of 10 1/4"; however, when I create my roof in the drawing, it only shows at 5 1/2" I'm not sure what has happened, but any help would be appreciated.

I will attach a picture of my Roof Assembly and how it shows in my drawing in section with the measurement of how it shows there.

It's a cross-section dimension. Have you considered the slope?

The roof itself is a flat roof. When I use the standard measure tool it gives me the same 5 1/2" thickness. See attached.

pardon me for the incredulity - no offense intended - but are you sure the roof is correct; that you aren't using a 5-1/2" roof instead?

Set the Rafter Cut to Plumb Cut or make Fascia Depth more than your roof thickness.

Thank you! I hadn't realized I had the fascia depth set.
