I have created an infill panel (extrusion) in my window component. It works great, however, the panel will only show when it is on the exterior face of the wall, or on that work plane. Ie. If I make the extrusion thinner, it sets back into the wall and isn’t visible. Is there a way to ‘cut’ the wall so that only the extrusion is shown?  Cryinghope that is clear enough)

Refer attached, will only show on the exterior wall.

The window cut in the family would have to be expanded to include this if it is full depth.

Thanks, works on the exterior, but the panel is now showing on the interior, which will affect internal elevations. is there a way to half cut a wall?

Door/window wall cuts are only full thickness.  Perhaps your panel should have been a seperate family - face based - that had its own void to cut the host to the proper depth.   You can delete tyhe wall cut from the window family and add two voids, one for the door and one for the family, but this is more work than what I have suggested above.

Thanks again.I'll give it a go. Hoping to resolve it as we'd be using it on 500+floor plans.
