I am in Revit 2016. Our office does a lot of exposed deck and structure. On the first floor I was able to create a floor tag which included an "Elevation at Bottom" parameter which I used to tag the second floor deck in the first floor RCP.
I am now trying to create a similar tag for the exposed roof deck on the second floor RCP but the roof tags do not offer any height parameters. I have looked around and no one seems to have a solution. Any suggestions? I'm happy to answer any questions if it will make the situation more clear.
Thanks in advance!

The only way you can do what you want is to make the roof a floor (and many of us do BTW).
I suspect it's because roofs have all kinds of slope options so the Elevation at Top and Elevation at Bottom is really not prctically feasible. And from my quick testing if you slope a floor the Elevation at Top and Elevation at Bottom says 'Varies'
Of course you always have the Spot Elevation Tag that works on anything.

Years ago, the default ceiling was nothing. Nothing visible but it could be tagged and it would host ceiling components. We used that ceiling whenever we had exposed deck or structure.
I see that this ceiling doesn't seem to be there but I wonder if you could set up one? How about that Daryl?

Thank you @dgcad It may be too late in this project to re-build the roof as a floor but that is good info. for the next one. The spot elevation will have to do for now.
Thanks again!
