Our family library needs housekeeping and I am looking at apps or add-ins to expedite naming conventions or renaming multiple families as there are close to 4000 families.
Here are two we are looking at. Just wanted to know if anyone has used them and how the families are renamed automatically

I normally just get a batch file renaming software like (http://www.bulkrenameutility.co.uk/Main_Intro.php). This allows be to rename multiple family files at once.Autodesk also have a batch family upgrader available as well so you can upgrade multiple Revit families at once.
