Can anyone help?

When I link an Architectural model into my Systems Template, it appears but all the elements are transparent. This is very helpful for installing M&E equipment, but, occasionally I would like to do a walkthrough for clients and would like to be able to turn on the materials that have been applied to the architectural model, but do it within the Systems Template which includes my M&E services.

Can this be done? If so, how?

Thanks guys.

I have never seen a file linked into a template and I'm sure that is not supported.  Did you really mean this or did you mean linked into your project that was created using your systems template?

Change you view to coordination and see what happens.

Hi, apologies, I have created a new project using the Systems Template.  When I then link the Architectural (.rvt) file into my project, is when all the elements are transparent and I cannot see the materials.

We try very hard to anser user questions but it all seems to be wasted when they don't read our answers.

As I wrote "Change you view to coordination and see what happens." It's in view properties - view discipline.
