I have drawn this plan. It has 3 different levels. Because I have used plan regions, I can see most components.
I would like to only use the base level/view to continue.
But, it looks like I have annotated (Dimensions) in the different levels.
Is there a way to control where and how these annotaions show? Or do I need to just go back and re annotate at my prefered base level/view?
Thanks!

Annotations, except tags, really have very little to do with plan regions. Lines, detail components and filled/masking regions don't matter, they will still be there. Everything will work if the oject be tagged, dimensioned, view cut modified is still in view. But if you turn off the plan region and the annotation goes away, then you know the item being referenced is no longer in view.
