Any chance there will be a Revit Lt Timber Extension?  OR is there a thrid party tool available?

I want to be able to model my walls and when I cut a section, have my main structure showing.  Not hard to ask, right? As it is now, all my sections are 2D details over blobs that represent my structure, which I just turn off behind.

I wouldn't hold my breat waiting for a REVIT LT Timber Framing Extension.

3rd party tools, if presented as add-ins, won't load to Revit LT.  There is no API provided in Revit LT to allow direct changes to the model.

In theory you could attempt to get the geometry in and out via, say, DXF but the development cost may deter such effort.
