I know this may be a long shot but I was wondering if there is a way to automatically space doors a certain distance from the corner of a room or where 2 walls meet besides adjusting it through the temporary dimensions.
If there is such a thing can someone please show me how it's done.
If there isn't then I guess I will have to stick to the manual way of doing things.
Thank you!

That is not possible in native revit, ...with some kind of add-in, maybe. You could try adding a ref plane in the door family, make it defines origin and create an offset instance parameter, but I don’t think it will do exactly what you’re looking for and frankly, it’s not worth the effort.
To make a door insertion a bit easier, you can modify temporary dimension default settings, if you haven’t done that yet (see pic.).

Thank you for the insite! Quick question, how do I get to my temporary dimension default settings?
Thank you in advance.

To further add to your discussion, what we've been doing is adding a pair of weak reference planes in the door family that indicate the maximum distance to the corner and also serve as ADA openings. That way if you are changing locations, you can simply use the align tool and get the opening right where you want it to be and then check it with the other invisible ref. plane.
Reference planes only show up in the project from a family if you hover over it.
