Greetings.

I am working with a new Template file we have developed.  Some users are getting an Element Corrupted notice (see Capture 1).  When I search for this element in the template file (and in a model created based on this template) I receive a notice that this element is "invalid and won't be used".

Does anyone have any idea on how I can locate this 'corrupted' element so I can address the corruption?

I've tried to audit the file but have no success in purging it.  Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Ian

When you can't find the element by ID, it is usually in a sketch.  Really can't find it most times.  You can send your file to Autodesk and have them find it.

Thanks W

There is nothing modeled or drawn in our template file.  But I have sent this on the Autodesk support. Thanks again ...
