Hi all,
I am trying to create a custom model pattern which can be used on floors, etc.
Refer to screen shot for how i want it to look. Squares are 400mm by 400mm, with a 150 strip between, then the next row of squares are offset to align with the centre line of the square above.
I have tried editing the .pat file and reimporting it. While i can get the file into revit, i just cant get it to look like the screen shot.
Lines are going everywhere, except where i want them!
If anyone could help with creating a quick file for me, or pointing out the settings i need, it would be much appreciated.
Cheers,
K

I asked for the file, because it's easier to modify existing rather than start from scratch, …anyway, enjoy.

Thank you pijpiwo for creating that file, however, it does not import. i am getting the "No model type patterns found" error message.
Attached is the exact file i am trying to import, with name added, as per your original coding.

Hmmm..., I'm not sure why it's not working for you, but try this pat file.
