We have tried several times to get in contact to purchase software with them and no response. I did have the demo extension installed now we want to purchase the full version.

If you have tried several times already I would say look somewhere else, if they are that hard to get a hold of to buy something from them imagine how horrible their customer service must be.

Thank you for the insight in looking somewhere else. That hadn't occured to me. we are not on a subscription with Revit so i am not able to utlize the extensions they provide.

I have googled Revit Framing extensions or add-in and no luck other than these guys. If you know of any please let me know.

I see this post is a little bit older but if you are looking for a framing extension you should look at MWF http://strucsoftsolutions.com/products/ 

North American company with a great support team - I know because I work here ;-) Be kind moderators please, he's asking for a framing app! You will also find the level of automation of MWF far more powerful than AGAcad. MWF has been manadated on several large hospital projects in the US. You can also PM me and I can have someone call you directly to see how MWF can work for you.
