check this pic. the horizontal mullion either goes all the way across the verticle one, or when I click the little cross icon to change the intersection, it goes to this "half into" condition, instead of just stopping at the edge of the vertical mullion. Can't figure out what to do about that. and why its happening.. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Michael

Without seeing your components, we may not be able to help much because your image doesn't explain enough.

Pay attention to your mullion definitions.

Is this image better?

You can see the intersections on all the panels. the curtain wall itself is an arc in plan. so the panels make it faceted as you assign them types.

the one on the left should stop at the vertical. the others still havent been updated, but when I try them too, they dont stop at the edge, but go into the vertical mullion like 1/4 and leave a little gap.

Look at the junction to the right.   It looks exactly the same except for the one mullion.  As I said - pay attention to your mullion settings.  Your vertical mullions are obviously different than the horizontals.

All mullions have a size definition but also an offset from the location line.  So you might hve 2x5 horizontals and 3x5 verticals and you would think they would line up.  But if one is 2" from the location line and the other is 2 1/8", they don't line up.
