HELLO I NEED ADVISE ON HOW TO GET MOUSE TOOLTIP SUCH AS THE INCLUDED IMAGE. MOUSE TIP IS A WINDOWS ENVIRONMENT AND EVENT DRIVEN BUT i HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO CHANGE TO CROSS HEIR BUT NOTHING CHANGES.THANKS

Go to Options > User Interface > Tooltip Assistant > None / Minimal / Normal / High.
