I am looking for opinion on consultant fee as a Senior Tech. The project is designing a 24,000 sf Church/Commercial/ Residential Facility Revit 2014. I have a attached a new 5 storey condo design I created to L.O.D. 2 last week as a basis of my Revit use. I have over 5 years experience in Revit, 16 in total in Architecture.

This is not a resume, simply that I am experienced and hold a current Senior Tech/Job Captain/BIM Lead  Position.

I have been asked to perform as a design consultant and provide the following specifications in L.O.D 1 as per AB.C. 2006 and design standards as well as L.O.D 3  for 3d presentation media in Revit 2014

This is all one development within one Calgary City Block rising 30 floors.

24,000 sf 2 Storey Pentecostal Church with stadium seating for 700.... 24,000 sf 2 Storey Church Office and Meeting Space 24,000 sf 2 Storey Commercial Offices and 2 Storey Gym 8000 sf 6th Storey roof top Outdoor Running Track 2 8000 sf 24 Storey Condominiums with 2 Storey Glassed Commercial mezzanine in between the towers.

Fee? I was either going to propose a flat design fee for the entire project or hourly with and estimate of completion. Cheers

If you know all of the specs of the building you should be able to figure out the time it would take you to accomplish that and base your fee off of the hours but as design fee.
