Two problems:

I want to have the wall I've created with a mass to be cut where the horizontal walls pass through.

I want a sloped wall with the low point being the North and South ends.

Solutions?

Walls by face have limitations. That is why you are always better off to use regular walls if you can.

I think you will have to edit your mass and place a void where you need the wall cut.
