Dear All,

I wonder if any can help, Is there a way of removing the circled number when putting views on a sheet, there doesnt seem to be an option for this.  See attached.

You can create your own view title without this.  BUT!!!  Why would you ever want to do this?  This is how the view is referenced in the project.  View Number/ sheet Number.  Without this, section/elevation/callout tags are worthless.

If you just want dumb text, change the view title to none and add text on the sheet.

OK thanks, but i dont want to delete it but would like it hidden or smaller or shown differently due to my drawing having grid lines which the grid reference is shown similarly to this.

Reference title bubbles are pretty standard in the industry.  Some people want them on the left like the default whereas ours is on the right.  Create whatever you need for your standard. 

It doesn't sound like you are very experienced in the industry.  You should understand that grid bubbles too are a standard and experienced users will not confuse grid bubbles with view reference bubbles.

Thanks, I am experianced in the industry (27yrs) but not that experienced in revit so just trying to see if this can be changed to how I want it to be shown (i.e. differently to what is shown at the moment)
