I have wasted multiple hours exporting dwg's from revit and then combinding them into a single dwg file for consultants.

Is there a way to export all of my sheets from revit and have the drawing located all on one dwg file?

Why are you combining them?  Typically CAD is all seperate files.  That's one of the reason's Revit is so much better than CAD.

Unfortunately our consultants perfer to only have 1 dwg to work with, with the entire project in it vs. having to open multiple files or a folder of xrefs.

You said files - not x-refs.  Which ones are you talking about?

You have an option during exporting to "Export views on sheets and links as external references".  Uncheck that box and you won't have x-refs.

I have to export all views then copy paste them all into the one cad file.

Floor plans, Elevations, Sections, Site plans etc all in one file for consultants. bit annoying....

Make a giant sheet family (really long, but wide enough to fit typical plans). It can be ridiculously long. Place all the views on this sheet, export it to DWG making sure to uncheck export views as xrefs.
