I would like to add a new view category to my Project Browser. My project is going into the construction phase and I would like to add a CA category so every drawing I create after construction starts I can place them in the CA category.

Category is probably a poor term.  What you want is a project parameter assigned to views then modify your browser organization to sort the views accordingly.  Read the similar threads below and you will find out how to do this.
